The rooms were well-appointed and the property had a beautiful structure. the location offered amazing views and was at a convenient distance from key attractions.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic and unprofessional. We experienced some confusion with the reception staff on our visa requirements, which could have been avoided with better training.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the busy streets and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills. the rooms are well-appointed and the service is good. Breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed in the lovely natural surroundings.

Some guests seem to forget that this is a retreat and tend to disturb others with their noisy parties and loud music.

The hotel's location amidst the serene mountains gave us an experience of pure bliss. the vintage-like rooms were aesthetically appealing with beautiful artwork. the hospitality wasn't just great but exceptional. the staff promptly catered to our every need, making us feel exclusively important. the snacks from the snack bar were nothing short of heavenly.

We faced just one minor issue with the lack of a Fitness Centre. Needless to say, the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, but keeping a fitness centre would have added a cherry on the cake of our luxurious stay.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the delicious food offered, from the breakfast buffet to the dinner selection. One of the chefs even came over to our table to offer us special tea and fresh corn. The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views and a secluded atmosphere, allowing us to spend quality time with our family. The rooms were also well-appointed and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep.

Upon arrival, there was nobody at the entrance to greet us and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to show up. The staff seemed understaffed and amateurish in their operations.

The hotel offered amazing views of the lower hills and was away from the crowded area, perfect for a peaceful stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Nothing not to love.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a vintage charm. The staff at the reception were courteous and prompt in assisting me with all my needs. The location of the retreat, tucked away in the peaceful village of Diktu, adds to its charm and provides a serene atmosphere.
